This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, and a documents review.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 09/15//21and concluded on 09/21/21. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, and staffing. A total of 1 child record were reviewed.
