Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on September 28 2023 between 3:00pm and 4:30pm. There were 42 children in the care of 4 staff members. Children were observed playing soccer, utilizing the playground structures, and participating in child led activities. Staff records, child records, emergency drills, inspections, and the physical plant was inspected and reviewed. Violations are listed on the violation notice. Based on record review and interview, the center did not ensure that after the first license, annual approval from the health department shall be for 1) water supply and 2) sewage disposal system.
