An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on October 17, 2024 and completed on October 18, 2024, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 8:20 am and ended at 9:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 27 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site and electronically on October 18, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of facility, interviews. and observations.
