Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was conducted on 9/14/2022 from 10:45 am-12:15 pm. There were 42 children directly supervised by 9 staff. The physical plant, was inspected, 8 staff records and 5 children?s records were reviewed. Required staff to child ratios and supervision of children requirements were in compliance. The children were observed: engaged in group activities, free play, having lunch and playing outdoors. Hand washing, diapering and self care routines were discussed. Written disclosures for parents and policies were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
