Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted. The focus of the inspection was to determine whether the provider had corrected or is in the process of correcting previously cited violations in the areas of standards referenced above. This inspection yielded no violations of applicable laws or regulations.

The time of today's inspection was 7:00 ? 9:15 am. There were three children in attendance at the start of the inspection, with two staff supervising. The files for 18 staff were reviewed and in compliance. The documentation for 15 medications along with authorization forms and allergy care plans were reviewed and in compliance.
