Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:30am - 12:30pm with the director. There were 31 children ranging from three years to six years of age, present with six staff supervising. Children were observed engaged in free play activities with a variety of age-appropriate toys in centers, completing themed arts and crafts projects, and eating lunch which is brought from home. Four staff records and two child records were reviewed along with one medication, the emergency drill log, daily attendance, required posted information and the written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary preferences.
