An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 9/04/2024 from 9:50am to 10:38am. At the time of entrance, 26 children were in care with 7 staff members present. Children were observed in circle time. The site was clean and organized. Interactions between the children and staff were positive. A selection of staff and children records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on record review, the center did not request a copy of the results of the criminal history record information check from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years prior to hire.
