An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on December 4, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 12:25pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 117 children present with 16 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 10 staff records on-site. This inspection a tour of the facility, interviews, observations and document review.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
