This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including email, and documents review.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on May 4, 2022.
The program's Supervisor was contacted and a review of required documents were reviewed for this inspection. There were no children and staff present as this program is currently closed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
