Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 9/29/2025 and completed on 9/29/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:50 am and ended at 111:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 35 children present with 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Religiously exempt child day centers must disclose to parents in writing a description of the staff job qualifications, such as certain academic training, work experience, or personal attributes.

At the time of the inspection, the center did not have documentation showing that staff qualifications had been disclosed in writing to parents.
Plan of Correction: Per inspection recommendation posted staff and positions for the current school year on our preschool infromation board. ** staff information is already disclosed to parents in the Parent Handbook, preschool website and in family welcome folders.

Child day programs serving preschool-age children shall be equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector in each building built before 2015 that houses the child day program.

At the time of the inspection, the center was not equipped with a carbon monoxide detector.
Plan of Correction: Replacement detectors on order and will be reinstalled.
