Inspector Notes
An in-person, annual code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded by a representative from the VDOE, Office of Child Care Health and Safety (Fairfax) on 09/22/2023, between the hours of 10 am through 11:30 am. There were 28 preschool children present, with 9 staff supervising, across 4 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the following areas: posting of the written disclosure statement, qualifications, physical plant, capacity, food services, health reports, ratio and staffing, supervision, handwashing, daily health screenings, staff trainings, immunizations, and background checks. The Inspector reviewed (10) staff records and (5) children's immunization pages to ensure that the documentation was complete and in compliance.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. Therefore, a violation notice was not issued.
