Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 8/16/2023 from approximately 10:50 am to 11:35 am. There were no children present. Staff were at the facility preparing for set up for school to begin on September 5, 2023. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision and procedures. A total of 5 children?s records and 10 staff records were reviewed.
