An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 12/7/2023 from 11:00 am - 2:15 pm in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 11/8/2023. Ten staff records were reviewed, 3 staff were interviewed. Based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
