An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/08/2025 and completed on 07/08/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 06/28/2025 relating to programs. The inspector reviewed 1 child records and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included: document review, interviews, and observations.

Centers operating five or more hours per day shall have a designated rest period for at least one hour but no more than two hours. After the first 30 minutes, children not sleeping may engage in quiet activities.
On June 27, 2025 Child 1 (age 4 years) had been lying down not sleeping for about one hour during designated rest period and had not been offered quiet activities to engage in.
