An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/22/2025 and completed on 10/22/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 09/22/2025 relating to allegations of supervision and emergencies. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s records and st1aff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
