Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on and completed on October 28, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:50 a.m. and ended at 10:30 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 13 children present with two staff. The inspector reviewed four staff records and three children's records on-site on October 28, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
