Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/25/2022 and concluded on 10/25/2022 from 10:25 AM to 11:30 AM. There were 23 children present, ranging in ages from three to six, with five staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, procedures and medication. A total of three children?s records and three staff?s records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
