Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/13/2023 at approximately 10:20am and concluded on 3/31/2023 at approximately 11:15am. There were a total of 14 children with 3 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in group activities and warching a movie. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 9 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
