Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/11/2023 at approximately 10:00am and concluded on 12/11/2023 at approximately 10:50am. There were a total of 12 children with 2 staff members present. Children were observed making gingerbread people, playing with dough, and engaged in group activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
