Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated in response to a complaint received regarding the center?s policies and parental involvement that occurred at the center on January 10, 2024. The department was notified of the incident on January 23, 2024. The investigation was initiated and completed on February 5, 2024. On February 5, 2024, the licensing inspectors conducted an unannounced inspection from approximately 11:00 AM until 11:50 AM. Interviews were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. No violations were issued.
