Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:20pm-1:52 pm. At the time of entrance, 12 children were in care with 3 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 3 children?s records and 2 staff records. Children were observed in classroomin transitioning from nap , washing hands , eating snack and engaged station activiites.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
