Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-60-A
Based on review of two children's records, it was determined that not all records contained all required information. Evidence: the record for child #1, with a diagnosed food allergy, did not contain a written care plan, to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic and the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction.
Plan of Correction: Will ask the parents to obtain an allergy care plan.
