Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:15 - 10:15am with staff. There were seven children at the start of the inspection, all four years of age, present with two staff and a parent volunteer supervising. Four additional children arrived late due to picture day. Children were observed playing with puzzles and table toys while they waited for all their friends to arrive so they could take their class photo. Reviewed two child records, two staff records, and one volunteer record along with the written daily attendance, emergency drill log, written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions, and one medication. Two staff have current certification in CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration Training (MAT.)
