An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 9/09/24. The on-site inspection began at 9:50 a.m. and ended at 11:30 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 14 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review (license, health inspection, fire inspection, and liability insurance), a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
