An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 9/10/2024. The on-site inspection began at 8:55 am and ended at 9:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance
in the areas listed above. There were 25 children present and 4 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 2 medication administration forms
and 2 staff records on-site.
