Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 7/16/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:55pm and ended at 2:25pm in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 7/10/2025 relating to procedures for emergencies. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 53 children present and 13 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
