Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/8/2023 and concluded on 6/8/2023. There were 28 children directly supervised by 6 staff members. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in group activities, blocks, animals and cars. The physical plant, 3 child records, 3 staff records, medications, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. The Inspector provided consultation on the medication authorization form. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
