Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:45am-12:00pm. There were 74 children directly supervised by 16 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed during snack time, story time, and circle time where they identified days of the week and described the weather. Children also participated in open time where they were able to participate in activities including music and movement, painting, coloring, and building with legos. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
