An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 07/22/2024 and completed on 07/30/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 am and ended at 1:55 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 43 children present and 11 staff providing direct care and supervision. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, and 2 applicant records onsite and 3 applicants electronically on 07/29/2024. The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
