Inspector Notes
An onsite subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 07/22/2024 and completed on 07/30/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 am and ended at 1:55 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 43 children present and 11 staff providing direct care and supervision. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, and 2 applicant records onsite and 3 applicants electronically on 07/29/2024. The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
