An unannounced Complaint Inspection was initiated in the center on July 28, 2022 and completed on August 17, 2022, regarding a complaint received by the department. Complainant reported concerns related to Programs and Special Services . Based on observations, review of center documentation and staff interviews, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation in the areas of programs and special services therefore the complaint has been determined to be NOT VALID.
