Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring was conducted on June 29, 2023 from aproximately 11:30am-`1:33 pm. There were 98 children and 20 staff present during the inspection. Children were observed eating lunch, transitioning from water play to lunch, transitoning to nap and napping and diapering. Seven staff records and nine children's records reviewed, two medications records reviewed and five injury . Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor and outdoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment,medication procedures, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure each staff member and individual from an independent contractor shall submit documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening. The documentation have been completed within the last 30 calendar days of the date of employment and be signed by a physician, physician's designee, or an official of the local health department.
