An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/01/2025 and completed on 04/01/2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:00PM and ended at 1:30PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 24 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
