Inspector Notes

An announced, virtual renewal study was conducted today. There were 4 staff records reviewed for specific content. Full staff records are reviewed a the main office at another time. All were complete. 3 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Medications, first aid supplies, menu, posted documents, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, shelter-in-place and lockdown drills were all in compliance today. This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and a virtual tour of the program.
