Inspector Notes

AN in-person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 15 children with 4 staff present on this teacher work day. Children were observed during a shelter-in-place drill, playing outside and watching a movie. 4 staff records were reviewed for specific items only as the full record id reviewed at another time at the main office.
2 child records, medications, injury reports, emergency supplies, first aid supplies and emergency drills are all in compliance. The inspection report will be typed off site and emailed to the center for signatures. LI was present today from 1:40 PM- 2:30PM.
