Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 10/24/2022 and concluded on 10/24/2022. There were a total of 23 children with 2 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, playing pool, listening to music, coloring, and engaged in group activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
