Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/6/2023 at approximately 10:25am and concluded on 11/6/2023 at approximately 11:05am. There were a total of 38 children with 4 staff members present. Children were observed making duct tape purses, making fuse beads, playing volleyball and kickball, and outdoor play time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
