Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/5/2024 at approximately 10:40am and concluded on 3/5/2024 at approximately 11:20am. There were a total of 40 children with 3 staff members present. Children were observed playing board games, coloring, beading, playing with blocks, coloring, and engaged in group activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
