Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on September 2, 2022. There were 12 children present, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed engaged in STEM activities. A total of 4 children's records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. The medication for child #1 was not in a box with a label stating the dosage amount and time to be given.
Plan of Correction: I will contact the parent and ask them to get a label for the medication from the pharmacy and put the medication in a box or bag with the label attached
