Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 05/25/2022. At the time of entrance there were 9 children in care with 4 staff supervising. More children arrived during the inspection and by the conclusion of the inspection, 19 children were already in care. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
