Inspector Notes

An in-person monitoring inspection was conducted on April 21, 2023 from 2:30pm until 3:00pm. There were 29 children with 3 staff supervising. One group of children were observed playing in the gym with a teacher lead activity. Another group of children were playing small group table games and helping the teacher in their classrooms. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
