Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 5/1/2025 and completed on 5/1/2025. The on-site inspection began at 7:45AM and ended at 8:20AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 19 children present and 4 staff at the beginning of the inspection. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
