An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 10/2/2025 and completed on 10/2/2025. The on-site inspection began at 111:40AM and ended at 12:15PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 24 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
