Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal study was conducted during the Teacher Workday. Room one was occupied by 25 children with two staff and a group was also in the gym. Children were observed reading, free play with Legos coloring and working independently. Emergency medication is on-site with multiple staff having MAT certification. Emergency preparation for drills, plan, first aid and CPR training as well as supplies were up to date. Lunch were bought form home and labeled with names and the date. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please be aware that the plan of correction must be provided within 5 days of receipt of the inspection notes if you want it displayed on the website. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
