Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. It is a teacher work day.
There were 39 children present at LI arrival with two staff (out of ratio).
5 staff records were reviewed for specific items only, as the full record is reviewed at the main office at another time. All were complete.
4 child records were reviewed. All were complete.
3 medications, emergency evacuation drills, emergency supplies, labeled and dated lunch boxes and first aid supplies were all in compliance.
