Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 21 2023 between 12:10pm and 1:10pm. There were 15 children in the direct care of 3 staff members. Children were participating in "Movie" Day while eating their lunch. A review of child records, evacuation drills, attendance records, the physical space, certification and trainings were conducted.
