Inspector Notes

An unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place on 01/26/2023 between the hours of approximately 9:50 a.m. and 10:35 a.m. There was a total of 35 children with 4 staff within the supervision guidelines, on a Teacher Workday. The children were observed making crafts, completing puzzles, playing on tablets and other organized activities. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
