Inspector Notes

Conducted an unannounced renewal inspection at 4:00pm. Observed 21 children + 3 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed arriving to and departing from the program, washing hands, eating snack, designing tote bags and having active play time in the gym. Staff were actively engaged with the children and activities. The program areas were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children.
