Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on April 10th, 2023. There were 24 children resent with 2 staff supervising. The physical plant, children's records, staff records, medications and authorizations, evacuation drills, first aid kits, menu's and emergency preparedness procedures were reviewed.
