Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/19/2022. 14 children were directly supervised by 3 staff at the beginning of the inspection. The physical space, 3 children's records, staff records, evacuation drills and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed playing games, working on projects, reading, arriving at the facility and engaging with the staff. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
